Great service - recommended

Shower tray and screen arrived before expected, which was great. Packaged very well and the delivery driver was very cheerful and helpful.

Technical questions were answered promptly. Bath and shower tap unit and matching basin tap were exactly what we wanted. Delivered within time frame indicated. Perfect. Can’t wait for them to be installed in our renovated bathroom.

Delivery drivier not very polite. Did not leave a card saying where he had left the goods. After I contacted the company they dealt with it appropriately and I’m satisfied with the outcome.

Delivered early without any problems with the products. They also have friendly customer service and resolved any issues and answered all questions.

We bought the taps below. Absolute garbage. Worst design I've ever tried to install, terrible issues trying to get them installed both for the shower and the freestanding taps. Then both drip. Yes, the bath tap drips every 5 minutes for hours after you've used it. And the bath handset does the same. Really really bad purchase. Can't get our money back as it was months before they were installed due to Covid. Still wouldn't recommend the taps, but very pleased with support received from company and hope that fixes the problem. They couldn't have been more helpful given the circumstances, and the design of the taps is no fault of theirs.

Good service and good help desk. Unfortunately the shipment was late, but mostly due to Brexit. All items arrived in perfect condition.

Nice people to talk to over the phone, shame they can not solve anything.

Don't think I would buy from them again. Paid extra for next day delivery which never happened. Tried to contact them for 4 days in a row to find out what happened to it but couldn't get hold of anyone via phone or email. Finally on 5th day I had someone confirm over the phone that they didn't know what happened and that it would be ages for them to get hold of courier so had to cancel in the end. Might be Covit related issue as most couriers overloaded but for now wouldn't bother again as had to cancel and order elsewhere as getting to cold without a radiator so couldn't wait any longer.
